Ask ourselves if we have been experiencing any of the following lately – feelings of being overwhelmed, fatigued, stressed, hopeless, anger, negative intrusive thoughts, or social withdrawal. Therapy might help reduce its effects and give more clarity. It is also a space to explore oneself and promote mental well-being.
What does sliding scale mean?
A sliding scale is the fee range offered by your therapist to make services more accessible and inclusive. Please ask your chosen therapist for further details in your consultation.
How do I choose a therapist?
We have provided information on each of our therapists in the ‘Meet our Therapists’ section. You may go through their descriptions to see who you connect with, and establish whether their area of interest aligns with your concern and make a decision accordingly.
How do I book a session?
Choose your therapist and select an available slot to place a session request. Our therapist will get in touch with you to confirm the same within 24 hours. Please note - our therapists are unavailable during the weekend, any session requests will be confirmed on the following Monday.
How do I make the payment for a session?
Our 30 minute consultation is free of cost. Further sessions will be charged according to the agreement with your therapist. Payment method is flexible based on your convenience and the therapist of choice. You will receive an online receipt upon completion of the payment.
What do I do in case I need to talk to someone urgently?
We provide counselling services through fixed appointments with our therapists. In the case of an emergency where immediate help is required, please contact a helpline.
